When We Inspect
We provide our clients with a clear and concise assessment of the condition of their home whatever the occasion.
We will determine, to the best of our ability, the age of all appliances, water heater, furnace and air conditioning equipment, exterior siding and roof to help you with your household budget. We also submit all appliance model numbers to “Recall Check” at no additional charge to determine if any appliances have manufacturer recalls pending.

Our inspection normally takes 2 ½ to 3 hours depending on size and age of the residence. Upon completion of the inspection, we will summarize all findings and significant issues and provide a comprehensive report with photos within 12 hours of the inspection.
