Two licensed Home Inspectors on every job saves time for all parties and delivers a more comprehensive inspection.
Mike Mallot
Home Inspector
Mike began his carrier in home building and inspections at the age of 16 when he worked on a framing crew, learning the structural components of new home construction. After graduating from college, he was employed by the country’s third largest home builder for 32 years where he managed and inspected construction, trained superintendents and quality control personnel.
With over 50 years of experience across 7 states he brings a vast knowledge of home construction to the Home Inspection industry.
Lindsay Groves
Home Inspector
Lindsay made a bold decision to enter the male dominated Home Inspecting business in 2015. Training with her Dad allowed her to pass the challenging National Home Inspectors Exam and earn her DPOR license. She has participated in over 1800 inspections. She is very detailed oriented and doesn’t shy away from a musty crawlspace or sweltering attic.
She is a proud mother of one young Inspector in Training and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. This Father/Daughter combination saves time and delivers one of the most comprehensive inspections in the marketplace.
